Your Founders Access purchase is 100% refundable at any time, with no expiration and no questions asked.
Reasons you might want a refund (none of which we'll question):
To request a refund, email hello@koreatravelsecretary.com from the address you used at checkout. We'll process it within 24 hours through Paddle, and you'll receive the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
When KTS launches and you start using our concierge services, here's how refunds work:

If KTS does not publicly launch within 12 months of your Founders Access purchase, we'll automatically refund you. No action required from you.
Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks cost us fees and take longer to resolve. We've made refunds as easy as possible — there's no reason to go through your bank.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of your purchase (US dollars). If your bank charged you a foreign exchange fee at the time of purchase, that fee is set by your bank and is not refundable by us. The refund amount will match the original purchase amount in USD.
