Hi, I'm Alex Dongsoo Ham.

I was born in New York and grew up between the US and Korea โ€” dual citizen, so I've spent years on both sides of the language and tech barrier.

I studied at Boston University, then came back to Seoul for my master's in public administration at Seoul National University.

For the past 4 years, I've been running Ddokbi โ€” a daily-life concierge for Korean seniors. We help older Koreans navigate the same complex apps that overwhelm foreign visitors: ordering on Coupang, booking restaurants, calling taxis. KTS is what happens when you take that exact same playbook and turn it toward foreign travelers.
